Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collect and secure all ticket, freight, baggage sales
  • Proficient cash handling and reconciliation skills
  • Manage customers in a friendly, courteous manner
  • Answering calls in a timely manner with the ability to resolve guest issues
  • Act as tour guide/chaperone as needed

General Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or higher education
  • Great computer skills, proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Experience in customer service, great interpersonal and sales skills
  • Ability to work shifts, in a fast paced team environment
  • Be in excellent physical and mental health and be drug free

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage, reconcile all onboard sales and conduct end of shift inventory
  • Experienced cash handling skills
  • Manage customers in a friendly, courteous manner
  • Ability to perform tasks such as cleaning and maintaining vessel
  • Participate in safety drills and training

General Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or higher education
  • Possess STCW certificate
  • Some degree of maritime knowledge
  • Be capable of working onboard vessel in all weather conditions
  • Be in excellent physical and mental health and be drug free
