We believe that our front line employees are our greatest asset and providing them with the necessary best practices to conduct their duties efficiently is our mandate. Customer service training was held for all front line employees on September 11th and 12th, 2017. Employees travelled from all family island locations and were enthusiastic during the session.
Ms. Cherrylee Pinder of CP Consultants, a dynamic motivational and educational speaker conducted both sessions at our Potter’s Cay Dock location. The sessions were designed to address the many issues encountered on a day to day basis. From a friendly greeting to failure in customer service delivery.
It was a great opportunity to outline and address issues that are not seen by Management. New ideas were put forward on how improvements can be made, challenges addressed with a list of action items.
The overall goal of having a team fully trained to meet customer needs on a daily basis were met. Employees left reinvigorated with overwhelming support to put the customer first.
