During Customer Appreciation Day, on Friday, August 18th, 2017, we celebrated our customers!
It was a fun-filled and exciting day for customers as they boarded sailings as early as 6:00 a.m. to Fresh Creek, Andros; Harbour Island and Spanish Wells, Eleuthera. This continued throughout the afternoon for sailings into Current and Governor’s Harbour Eleuthera. Customers are the backbone of our business, therefore, we want to show our appreciation during this day by saying “thank you” to our very loyal customers for their patronage throughout the year.
This year’s Customer Appreciation Day was the second time we’ve held the event. The objective is to make this a staple on the Bahamas Ferries Calendar and an event our customers can look forward to each year.
As this was a very special day for our customers they were welcomed by staff and an array of food and beverage along with keep sake items. This year’s give-aways were geared towards back to school. Customers received composition books, pencil cases, pens, pencils rulers, sharpeners and erasers as a small token of our appreciation.
In addition, blood and glucose testing was provided by our ever faithful partnership with the Walk-In Clinic, along with face painting and balloon animals for the kids from our friends at Clarissa the Clown and Danny.
In keeping with our core values, we believe that all of our clients and guest deserve the finest service we can deliver and showing appreciation to our customers is a part of what we are passionate about.
